I have asked The Koozali Foundation Inc. to comply to GDPR. They refuse
or are incompetent. Both ways is very bad.

I am sure it will be done in good time.

As a EU citizen, I have the right to be forgotten.

Right to be forgotten is not the same as removing your personal data under GDPR.

Right to be forgotten: remove data that is "inadequate, irrelevant, or no longer relevant"

It isn't an automatic right to have everything deleted.

After asking many

still refuses.

I don't believe anyone has refused. I'm certain the Board will be more happy to see you removed.

They just need to be sure of exactly what should and should not be removed so you don't pop up making trouble again complaining that x y or z should be removed (and I know that's what you will keep doing.... just keep making trouble)

What I don't understand for someone who wants to have his data removed and to leave SME completely why you keep coming back.

You've made your request. Leave it be and stop personally attacking people.

No one is interested.
