Dear all,

we have been warned on early October that SF will drop CVS support by
the end of November. Our infrastructure heavily rely on CVS. Of course
we plan to migrate to a more modern versioning system : git, but ETA is
not available.


We have been able to transfer current CVS trees for sme core and
contribs to our cluster of servers to our own CVS. I can now say that
this is fully working, and I was able to build our first package this
way few minutes ago.

The last step in the next days will be to update the wiki and assist
contributors to change their setting for CVS to shell.koozali.org in
place of sme*.cvs.sourceforge.net.

For those who already have an account on our cluster it will be easy to
start working, for those who do not yet have an account you will need to
ask one to be able to add /commit files. To get your access contact us
