[devinfo] Bugs and patches

Terry and I are having a go at tidying up and releasing stuff.

As I am going through stuff I can see there is a huge amount of missing
info, outstanding patches etc etc.

e.g. pkpki

Patched and in test:

phpki-0.82-17.el6.sme.noarch.rpm

But there is also this in test as well, with no bug against it:

phpki-0.82-18.el6.sme.noarch.rpm

So, what do I release?

smeserver-open-bridge has a locale patch, but seems no bug. No bug, no
verification status and the RPM then gets missed and languishes in the
testing repos.

We also have say this which has a patch that has never been applied:

A couple of things.

Can we give Terry some form of access to the shell so he can at least
look in there and see what's what so we can try and tidy up between the
two of us? Hopefully we can work releases between us.

I believe Ian used to have some scripts that he might have given to JPP
to help do update announcements. Are they available ?
