How much more warning do you need to realize this? It has become a
childrens playground, no mirrors, no new members, bad marketing (if at all),
no development. Only excuses about lack of resources... Make if F***
attractive for people to join and enjoy. Don't try to kill the messenger and
play hide and seek.

Trolls are always the last to leave. Let the wankers stay if they
want - to me its an indicator of project health not ill-health, a
necessary annoyance in open source development and a feature of
non-hierarchical communities where the bar to entry is low but the
technical expertise can be very high.

I rather selfishly filter them out so I never see their initial
trolling, just the followup from voices I'm interested in listening
to. If everyone sent these emails to /dev/null no-one would see them
I suppose and I suspect most on devinfo already do!
